Dr Colin Clyne leads the Cancer Drug Discovery laboratory at Prince Henry’s Institute. A graduate of Edinburgh University, UK, he completed his PhD in pharmacology in 1994. Dr Clyne undertook postdoctoral training at the University of Texas, USA before being recruited to Prince Henry’s Institute in 1998. He has received numerous awards including an NHMRC Career Development Award, International Union against Cancer Fellowship, and project grants to support his research into novel endocrine therapeutic targets in breast cancer.
